Cosy Homes is a Canterbury based, family run business which started with the goal to rethink the construction of a home from the ground up. Our standard 50 sqm design has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full-sized kitchen and a combined dining/living area with French doors opening out onto a deck.  We have a range of other designs, including one bedroom, three bedroom and modular homes.

Cosy Homes have the added flexibility of being transportable, with stand-alone adjustable concrete feet removing the need for concrete foundations.

We can also help you secure a building consent, find a suitable mortgage broker and can even provide you with options for leasing or purchasing land to locate your Cosy Home.
